Diamond Mining: Rigor, Precision, and Traceability
At KADI MINING GROUPE Ltd, diamond mining is conducted with a high level of technical and ethical standards, to meet international market requirements while respecting communities and the environment.
Our process begins with advanced geological prospecting, including:
– Geophysical analyses (magnetic and gravimetric)
– Sampling of alluvial and kimberlite deposits
– Exploration drilling and deposit mapping
Our areas of operation, particularly in the Shabunda and Banalia regions, are rich in both alluvial and primary diamonds.
Appropriate operating methods
We use two main types of mining: Alluvial mining (placers) which includes: Extraction from riverbeds and sediment deposits, Use of dredges, mechanical shovels, sieves, water pumps, and Ideal method for recovering diamonds from sand and gravel.
